Convert Any Invoice to CSV in Seconds

February 18, 2026Invoice Itemizer Team

If you have ever received a PDF invoice and needed to get the line items into a spreadsheet, you know the pain. Copy-pasting from PDFs is unreliable — formatting breaks, columns misalign, and you end up fixing data manually anyway.

A Better Workflow

With Invoice Itemizer, the process is simple. Upload your invoice (PDF, JPG, or PNG), wait a few seconds for the AI to extract the line items, and click Download CSV. That is it. The resulting CSV file has clean headers and properly separated columns, ready for import into Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero, or any other tool.

What Makes the CSV Clean?

We only export line items — no totals, tax summaries, or metadata rows that would break your import. The column headers match whatever appears on the invoice, so you get exactly what you see. Values that contain commas are properly quoted so the CSV parses correctly in any program.

Excel Too

If you prefer Excel format, we offer that as well. The Excel export includes auto-sized columns and a clean header row. You can also download both formats at once with a single click.
